Bulk Clothing Manufacturer
Bulk clothing manufacturing for brands, managed from the UK
Pluribus Omnia produces clothing in volume for fashion brands, retailers and growing labels. Bring us your own designs, or build a private label range with us. Either way, you place one order with one UK-based company, and we take it from the first sample to the final delivery.
Sampling available, quoted per project.
Our focus is large runs: core ranges, repeat programmes and seasonal drops where consistency matters as much as cost. Suits, padded and technical coats, T-shirts, underwear, socks and everything in between go through the same managed process and the same quality checks.

Private label or your own designs
Private label means we develop the product with you. You choose the silhouette, cloth, colours, trims and fit; we engineer a garment around your customer and finish it under your label. It suits brands that know their market but would rather not run pattern-making and factory development in-house.
Own-design production means you arrive with the product already defined: a tech pack, a sketch with measurements, or a reference garment you want reproduced. We turn it into a production-ready sample and then a full run, without changing what makes it yours.
Many clients do both: their own designs for the statement pieces, and private label for the core basics that sit around them. Both run through the same team, the same approvals and the same on-site checks.
Why volume production needs someone on the ground
At volume, small faults multiply. A shade that drifts between dye lots, a seam allowance that creeps, a size label sewn into the wrong carton: on a short run these are irritations, but across a large order they become returns, chargebacks and lost shelf space.
That is why our technical team follows samples and production in person rather than approving photos from a distance. Issues are raised and corrected on the line, while there is still time to fix them, not discovered when the goods arrive.
And because your contract is with a UK-based company, you have a single accountable point of contact, commercially and legally, from the first brief to the last carton. Our in-house legal and banking team can also support contracts and letters of credit, so large orders keep moving.

Who we work best with
Established labels looking for a more accountable production partner, brands scaling into their first genuinely large orders, and retailers building or expanding own-label programmes. Behind the company is a family business with more than 30 years of history in garment production.
Our process is built for programmes where volume and repeatability matter: core ranges, seasonal collections and the styles you reorder again and again.
Step by Step
From brief to delivery, step by step
The same six stages apply whether you are producing one core style or a full seasonal range.
Brief and quotation
Tell us what you want to make, in what volumes and for when. We review it with our technicians and come back with a proposal and a quotation for your project.
Factory selection
We place the work with the right partner factory for the product and the volume. If you would like a say in the choice, you can have one.
Sampling
Samples are developed and refined until fit, fabric and finish are signed off. Sampling is available and quoted per project.
Pre-production approval
Before cutting starts, a pre-production sample confirms every detail of the bulk order, down to trims, labels and packaging.
Bulk production with on-site QC
Our technicians follow samples and production in person, with checks throughout the run.
Compliance and delivery
We provide compliance documentation for the factory used on your order and stay involved until the goods are packed and shipped.
What to send us
- A tech pack, a sketch with measurements or a reference garment, or simply a description of the range you want to build
- Target quantities per style and colour, even if they are estimates
- When you need the goods delivered
- Labelling, swing-tag and packaging requirements
- Any compliance or testing standards your retailers ask for
Don't have everything yet? Send what you have and we'll help fill the gaps.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you produce private label clothing as well as our own designs?
- Yes. We develop private label ranges with you from a brief, and we also produce your own designs from tech packs, sketches or reference garments. Many clients combine the two in one programme.
- What volumes do you work with?
- We specialise in large runs and repeat programmes. Every project is different, so tell us your target quantities per style and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
- Do we deal with the factory directly?
- No. You order directly with Pluribus Omnia, a UK-based company, and we manage the factory relationship for you. If you would like input into which factory is used, you can have it.
- Can you work from a reference garment instead of a tech pack?
- Yes. A garment you already sell, or one you want to improve on, is often the quickest starting point. We use it to build the specification and develop a sample for your approval.
- Do you offer sampling?
- Yes. Sampling is available and quoted per project, depending on the number of styles and how much development they need.
- Do you provide compliance documentation?
- Yes. We provide the compliance documentation available for the factory used on your order (for example audit reports and certificates), and we can work to the testing standards your retailers require.
- Is your clothing made in the UK?
- No. Pluribus Omnia is a UK-based company that manages production at partner factories outside the UK. We confirm the country of production for each order in writing, and garments are labelled with their true country of origin.
