Basics are the products customers buy again and again, so they live or die on consistency. A T-shirt that shrinks differently from the last batch, a waistband that feels different, socks whose sizing has drifted: at volume, small changes turn loyal customers into returns.

We produce T-shirts, underwear and socks in large runs for brands and retailers, from your own designs or as private label basics built around your customer. Polos, vests, loungewear, sweatshirts and the pieces in between can be added to the same programme.

T-shirts and jersey

Crew necks, V-necks, longline, boxy and oversized fits in cotton, cotton blends and performance jersey, in the fabric weight and handle you want. Jersey, neck rib, seams and finish are agreed at sample stage, along with any print, embroidery or branded labels, and shrinkage, twist and colour are checked against the approved sample during production.

Underwear

Briefs, trunks, boxers and women's underwear in cotton, modal and stretch blends. Waistbands, elastics and seams sit next to the skin, so comfort and recovery are specified up front. Branded waistbands, multipacks and retail-ready packaging are handled as part of the order.

Socks

Everyday, sports, dress and multipack socks, made to your sizing, yarn blend and branding, whether that is a knitted-in logo, a contrast heel and toe, or packaging that goes straight onto the shelf.

Consistency across reorders

Basics programmes are built on repeat orders. We record the approved specification (fabric, measurements, colour standards, trims and packaging) so every repeat order is checked against the same reference, season after season.

How a basics programme runs

Basics are about getting one specification right and then repeating it exactly.

  1. Range and volumes

    Tell us which products, sizes and colours you need and the volumes you are planning. We review them and quote for your project.

  2. Fabric and colour standards

    Jersey, yarn and colour standards are agreed, with lab dips for each shade in the range.

  3. Sampling

    Samples confirm fit, handle, branding and packaging. Sampling is available and quoted per project.

  4. Approved specification

    The signed-off sample and specification sheet become the reference for this order and every reorder.

  5. Bulk production with on-site QC

    Our technicians check measurements, colour, shrinkage and packing in person during the run.

  6. Packing and dispatch

    Goods are packed to your requirements, from single units to multipacks, and shipped with compliance documentation.
